• 4 to 7 p.m. on Thursday, November 7th — for those who are competing on Friday
• 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. from Friday, November 8th through Monday, November 11th

All tournament officials will receive a credential for the 2024-25 season. These credentials will be required to gain access to the competition hall and to the referee meeting and meal room.

Once issued, your credential is to be used throughout the duration of the 2024-25 season. Credentials will be available for pickup at registration

Submitting your availability for hiring is done through your USA Fencing referee profile. Click here to log in to your profile.

Officials may book flights through Cain Travel. If you already have a profile, log in to start searching for flights.
