2025-26 Updates #
For a full list of the 2025-2026 season updates, please refer to the 2025-26 Bid Packet and 2025-2026 Tournament Requirement Packet. However, the largest change to the coming season is the creation of the Fixed Regional Calendar. Please note that organizers will need to bid on specific weekends and circuit combos that have been preset and are listed in the Fixed Regional Calendar.

GroupHousing and USA Fencing have been strong partners on the national circuit for several years. As of the 2024-2025 season an onward, that partnership extends to regional organizers. Regional organizers are able to utilize their free services for all their hotel needs. GroupHousing can help with venue selection and contracts, rebate programs, complimentary rooms, and more! Bid Documents #
Please note, submission of the hotel worksheet, organizer history worksheet, and tournament history worksheet needs be submitted in the format provided below. Simply download the document, fill it out, and upload them in the appropriate section in the bid application. They venue layout and strip management plan documents are just examples. Feel free to put you own spin on them as long as you include all relevant information.
