How He Started Fencing: He was very shy, so his mom signed him up for some lessons because she thought since he would be wearing a mask, he could still hide while learning how to be a little more assertive and less shy.
Favorite Fencing Memory: When he took home three medals in cadet, junior and Y14 at Summer Nationals in St. Louis.
Who Has Influenced His Fencing Career: Stephen Ewart gave him a path to follow and was always encouraging.
