Whether you’re an athlete, parent, coach, referee, or club owner, this tour is your opportunity to have meaningful, face-to-face (or virtual) conversations with USA Fencing’s leadership.

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. — Our members asked for more opportunities to be heard, and we heard that message loud and clear!

That’s why in 2025, CEO Phil Andrews and members of the USA Fencing staff will embark on the 2025  Listening Tour – your chance to share your insights, ideas and questions to help shape the future of USA Fencing.

Whether you’re an athlete, parent, coach, referee or club owner, this tour is your opportunity to have meaningful, face-to-face conversations with USA Fencing’s leadership. Phil and other members of the USA Fencing team are eager to hear from members across the country, and we’ve made it easy for everyone to participate with stops at some of the largest fencing events of the year — and even a virtual option.

The 2022 and 2024 Listening Tours provided valuable insight that has helped shape key USA Fencing programs and initiatives. And it gave members across the country the chance to ask questions 3and gain perspective about how the staff of USA Fencing work hard to host events, support international teams and bring fencing to more people. We’re hoping for more of those productive conversations in the 2025 USA Fencing Listening Tour

So, where and when can you take part?
