Hilton Named Official Hotel Partner of USA Fencing

Partnership Marks Hilton’s Commitment to Creating Exceptional Stay Experiences for the World’s Finest Athletes

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. (May 16, 2024) – USA Fencing, the national governing body for the Olympic and Paralympic sport of fencing in the United States, today announced a multiyear partnership with Hilton, appointing the global hospitality leader The Official Hotel Partner of USA Fencing. 

This new partnership brings together a leading hotel brand and USA Fencing ahead of the Paris 2024 Olympic and Paralympic Games where USA Fencing has already qualified five fencing teams and 20 individual fencers.                                                             

Starting later in 2024, USA Fencing’s more than 40,000 members and their families will have access to discounted room rates for stays at Hilton properties while traveling for the more than 130 USA Fencing sanctioned events across the country each year, as well as during travel for international competition. Additionally, travel outside of fencing needs will launch as an exclusive discount for USA Fencing members in late 2024 onwards.

Hilton will also further elevate the stay experience by extending elite benefits to USA Fencing members who sign up for Hilton Honors, its award-winning loyalty program with over 180 millions members globally. 

“Fencing is a global sport and our circuit of events often requires extensive travel, not just across the United States, but across the world,” said USA Fencing CEO Phil Andrews. “We know that travel can be exhausting and it is paramount that our athletes and their families have a comfortable, enjoyable and reliable place to stay whenever they are on the road. We are thrilled to partner with Hilton, the world’s premier hospitality group, to ensure that our members have everything they need to have the best possible experience while partaking in the sport they love most.”  

Additionally, starting during the 2024-25 USA Fencing season, Hilton will be the preferred hotel for USA Fencing’s national events series including the North American Cup, Super Junior/Cadet Circuit, Junior Olympics, D1 & Para Nationals and the Summer Nationals & July Challenge. 

Hilton becomes the sixth partner to join USA Fencing’s partnership program in 2024, following a March announcement that Fusion Education Group was named the Official One-to-One Education Partner of USA Fencing, and previous partnership announcements with companies including Avis Budget Group and Bell Bank. 

USA Fencing’s seven-figure partnership program now boasts partners in categories including automotive, banking, beverage, fencing, health and wellness, higher education, hotel hospitality, sports performance, and water, among others.
