About: Margie joined the USA Fencing team in November of 2024. As the National Events Manager, she handles the administrative and event logistics for USA Fencing National tournaments such as customer support, procurement of services, and tournament staff travel arrangements.

Prior to joining USA Fencing, she worked as an events intern at Goodyear Ballpark, spring training home of the Cincinnati Reds, and Cleaveland Guardians. This was followed by working two years at USA Triathlon as their Events Coordinator where she procured rentals and event materials, managed event staff, secured travel arrangements, and managed all on site venue operations for their national events.

While Colorado Springs feels like home now, she was born and raised in the suburbs of Chicago and moved to Branson, MO during high school. Outside of the office, she enjoys hiking, campping, and watching live music.
